This weekend I picked up my copy of the 2008 volume of The Best American Spiritual Writing and, as is my usual habit, scanned the table of contents to see whose work was selected and if, perhaps, the editors forgot to tell me that they selected my work. Nope. But when I flipped to the fine-print listing of "notable spiritual writing" near the back of the volume, I did find my name listed! I received mention for "Torn Veil," which appeared in Relief Journal one year ago.
